Fire up the grill with this simple yet flavorful Grilled Marinated Flank Steak! Using the flank steak from our Backyard BBQ Bundle, this recipe combines a tangy soy-lime marinade with a touch of honey and garlic to create tender, juicy steak with bold flavor. Itβs quick to prepare, perfect for a weeknight dinner, and always a hit at backyard cookouts. Slice it thin against the grain and serve with grilled veggies, baked potatoes, or fresh summer sides for a complete meal.
Ingredients:
1 flank steak (β1.5 lb)
1/3 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional for extra flavor)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
In a bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, lime juice, garlic, pepper, and paprika.
Add the flank steak and marinate at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill steak 4β6 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness.
Let rest 5β10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
