A quick, restaurant-quality meal at home — rich flavor, minimal effort.
Ingredients:
2 Denver Steaks (about 6–8 oz each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Garlic Herb Butter:
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (or ½ tsp dried)
½ tsp fresh thyme (optional)
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
Make the butter: In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, thyme, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Prep the steaks: Pat Denver steaks dry. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Grill: Heat grill (or skillet) to high. Sear steaks 2–3 minutes per side to get a good crust, then move to medium heat and cook another 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temp ~135°F).
Rest: Remove from heat and rest 5 minutes.
Finish: Top each steak with a slice of garlic herb butter before serving. Let it melt over the top for a rich, savory finish.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with roasted vegetables or a baked sweet potato for a simple, balanced meal that tastes gourmet without the price tag.
