Directions:
    1.    Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.
    2.    Season Pork: Sprinkle pork chops with black pepper, garlic powder, and optional seasoning salt on both sides.
    3.    Brown Chops: Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
    4.    Mix Sauce Base: In a large bowl, combine cream soup, half-and-half (or milk), sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and ½ cup cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
    5.    Add Fries & Onions: Gently fold in the chopped French fries and half of the French fried onions.
    6.    Assemble Casserole: Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Place browned pork chops on top.
    7.    Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through and tender.
    8.    Top & Finish (optional): Uncover, sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and French fried onions. Return to oven uncovered for 5–10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Tip: This dish is rich and comforting—serve with a simple green salad or steamed veggies for balance!
