Fast, flavorful, and perfect for busy evenings.

1 package Seasoned Fajita MeatÂ
1 Tbsp oil or tallow
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 lime (optional)
Tortillas (corn, GF, or flour)
Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, avocado, cilantro
Heat the skillet.
Add oil or tallow to a large skillet and heat over medium-high.
Sear the fajita meat.
Add the seasoned beef and cook 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Add veggies.
Toss in sliced peppers and onions. Cook an additional 5–7 minutes until veggies are softened and lightly charred.
Finish with lime.
Squeeze fresh lime over the top for extra brightness.
Serve warm.
Load the beef and veggies into warm tortillas and pile on your favorite toppings.
Make it a bowl with rice, beans, and roasted veggies.
Serve over a bed of greens for a quick fajita salad.
Pair with skillet corn or your favorite salsa.
