Comfort food doesn’t get any easier, or delicious, than this cheesy baked pasta made with savory Beaty Beef ground beef.  Perfect for busy weeknights or feeding a crowd, this dish layers tender pasta, rich pasta sauce, tangy cream cheese, and melty mozzarella for a hearty, flavorful meal everyone will love. Make it fresh, or freeze a portion for an easy dinner down the road, if there are any leftovers!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ pounds Beaty Beef Ground Beef

  • Daddy B’s Southern Blend Seasoning (to taste) 

  • 1 package uncooked pasta (spirals, macaroni, ziti, etc.)

  • 1 jar pasta sauce (e.g., Prego or Ragú)

  • Water (enough to fill empty pasta sauce jar)

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (block)

  • Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (for topping)

  • Shredded Parmesan cheese (fresh, not canned)

Directions:

● Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

● Brown 1 1⁄2 pounds of Beaty Beef Ground Beef seasoned with Daddy B’s Southern Blend
Seasoning and set aside.

● In a sprayed casserole pour 1 package of uncooked pasta (any kind...I’ve used spirals,
macaroni noodles, and ziti...doesn’t matter.)

● Over the noodles pour 1 jar of pasta sauce. My go-to is Prego or Ragú.

● Fill the empty pasta jar with water and pour over the mixture.

● Here’s where it gets good!!! Place one 8 ounce block of cream cheese over the mixture.
Yum!😋

● Place the cooked ground beef (Beaty Beef) over the mixture and slightly stir just to get
the ground beef mixed with the pasta a little. (It’s okay if the cream cheese isn’t mixed. It
will be mixed after everything cooks together.)

● Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

● Remove from the oven and mix everything together well.

● Top with cheese...I have used mozzarella or cheddar...and return to the oven for 10
minutes or until the cheese is melted.

● Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese (the real kind, not
the canned).

● Enjoy!

● Can also freeze half of it after you bake it...IF there’s any left. 😊
